about shipping
1. When will my order be shipped ?
Normally we will ship out order within 1~3 business days after the payment is completed, but it maybe delayed several days for hot season or serious short supply.
We will inform you tracking information within 1 business day after shipping out order.
2. Where can I track my order ?
You can track it on below website by the tracking number(included in shipping notification email),

3. Which address do you send the order to, address in paypal or the address I put in your shop system ?
Please make sure the shipping information you've filled out here is the same as the address in your paypal account as we will only send packages to addresses verified in your paypal account. If you would like to ship your order to an address other than one currently in your paypal account, please make sure to update your address on our website and on paypal.
4. How long will it take for me to get my item ?
If you choose air mail or registered mail service, it will take 7 to 25 days during transit, usually about 15 days to most regions of the world. If you choose Express mail service, such as UPS, DHL or EMS, it will take 3 to 6 days during transit.
5. Do you offer drop-shipping service ?
Yes,we accept drop-shipping order, please contact us for details.
6. I live in the USA, my son is in France, can I make an order and you ship it to my son ?
Yes, we can ship it to your son, but if the order amount is more than 30US$, please pay for the order by Western Union not paypal, or we will cancel this order.
